We are looking for an office admin who can help us maintain our office environment up to best shape, both physically and socially. We're seeking someone with excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, and the ability to keep organized even when the tasks backlog become longer than usual.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate offices.
Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
Contact person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
Handle minor financial transactions for the office, such as collecting rental payments and deposits.
Organize office operations and procedures, and monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
Welcome new employees by conducting orientation,reviewing company guidelines and similar orientation information.
Following up attendance, timesheets, and vacations.
Following up the paperwork with the social insurance.
Organizing HR activities like parties and outings.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
